ODE A. IDOKO (JP)
Entrepreneurship educator, management consultant, author and enterprise-development leader.
Ode A. Idoko is a UK-based lecturer, management consultant, entrepreneur and author with extensive experience in entrepreneurship development, business financing and business-plan development. Across more than 19 years in industry and academia, he has worked in education, consulting, finance and enterprise development.
His academic and professional formation spans Nigeria, the United States, Israel, Germany, the UK and Switzerland. His qualifications include a BSc in Chemistry, an MSc in Petroleum Chemistry, an MSc in Financial Engineering, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and an MBA. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the European Institute of Management and Technology, Switzerland.
His teaching experience includes roles with London College of Contemporary Arts, the University of Roehampton and other UK education institutions. In Nigeria, he founded Owofu Worldwide and provided business consultancy, entrepreneurship training and enterprise support to individuals, SMEs and organisations. His consultancy experience includes engagements involving the Bank of Industry, CBN-NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, African Refugee Foundation and Ahava Consulting.
Beyond enterprise and education, Ode is an author and publisher whose work includes Siege – The Killing of Christians in Northern Nigeria, alongside motivational and inspirational writing. Through Owofu Worldwide School of Entrepreneurship, UK, he is committed to helping aspiring entrepreneurs transform ideas into sustainable businesses and lasting impact.

Chinasa Mbachu, MSc, FCA, FCTI, ACIPP
Finance, Tax, Payroll & Business Advisory Professional
Chinasa Mbachu is a finance, tax and business advisory professional with extensive experience across financial management, business analysis, payroll and pensions, stakeholder management and consultancy. She combines strong technical expertise with practical business insight to help organisations improve financial processes, strengthen operational efficiency and make informed management decisions.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), UK. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from Coventry University, UK.
Her work includes financial and management analysis, process improvement, payroll and pensions advisory, accounting-systems evaluation, financial reporting and business consultancy. She has a particular interest in supporting small and growing businesses to understand financial information, strengthen processes, manage compliance and make informed decisions as they develop.

K Zaw Oo
Business Lecturer
K Zaw Oo is a London-based Business Lecturer with more than 10 years of academic and senior-management experience across the UK, Myanmar and Thailand. Before teaching in London, she served as a Senior Lecturer in Myanmar, delivering UK-accredited business programmes to international students.
Her industry career includes senior leadership roles as Head of Human Resources, HR Manager and Director of HR & Operations. This experience gives her extensive practical insight into people management, organisational development and business operations.
She holds an MBA from Assumption University, Bangkok, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organisational Development. She is also undertaking an MSc in International Business Management at St Mary’s University, London, alongside a CMI Level 7 qualification.
Combining academic expertise with real-world leadership experience, she brings a strong practitioner perspective to the classroom and is passionate about developing confident, critically minded and globally aware learners equipped to succeed in today’s international business environment.
